Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing and business goals.
• Create and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Schedule and publish content consistently, ensuring optimal timing and engagement.
• Run social media campaigns to drive website traffic, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Track and analyse social media performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, including content creators and editors, to develop a cohesive social media presence.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the tech industry or a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent content creation skills, including writing, editing, and visual design.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
