Bodds support launches new customer-centric website for individuals, businesses and schools

Leading IT servicing company, Bodds launches new support website to bring repair services closer to the customer.

Over the years, Nigerians have found it difficult to get reliable and affordable repair services. And this is due to several factors including unprofessional and poorly skilled technicians, weak choice of repair parts and little access to reliable and highly-skilled vendors.

"One of the major challenges we have faced over the years is finding OEM parts at reasonable prices because expensive parts are relative to the cost of services. We have had to find a balance and that took us a lot of research", says Elias Aderemi, Chief Operations Officer, Bodds.

Seven-year-old Bodds has consistently defied the odds by leveraging spare parts from the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), worked with experienced engineers and up-skilling them to a point where they become industry certified. "At Bodds we have Apple Certified Mac technicians and Apple Certified IOS Technician...", the company boasts on their new website.

So far, the company has served over 5,000 individuals and organisations like Cybersoc, AD consulting, UBA, and Softcom.

While Bodds started out repairing laptops and mobile devices, the company has evolved to fixing wearables.

It utilises an investigative approach to diagnose the current state of a device before advising on the best solution. The diagnostics comes at no extra cost to the client. That is, a client can know the issue with their device and get information on how it can be repaired for free. This approach saves clients time and money while giving the highest return on investment.

In addition, Bodds support offers a minimum 30-day warranty on every repair.

Its new website aims to ease and demystify the repair process for individuals, businesses and educational institutions.

Customers can easily start a repair by selecting any of the stated service options: pick up & delivery, on-site support, mail-in support or walk-in support. The website also allows customers to track the status of their repair from the comfort of their homes or offices. Further more, clients can chat with a customer support agent from the website.

"Our goal at Bodds Support is to be the leading IT servicing company in Africa and are on course in attaining our goal", says a statement from Bodds.

To get started, visit support.bodds.com.ng, select start a repair, select your preferred service option, fill in your contact information and then fill the pre-diagnostic form.
