The Summit is powered by #StartupSouth, and supported by Genesys Tech Hub, Digital Dreams, Greenage Technologies and Enugu SME Centre.

Speaking with benjamindada.com, the convener of #StartupSouth, Uche Aniche, said the goal of the Summit is to set an agenda that everyone in the ecosystem can aspire to achieve. He said, "The Summit is geared towards proffering solutions and forging a common collaborative path for innovators in the region."

It [the Summit] is different from the regular #StartupSouth conference. This is a summit for stakeholders. Leaders of communities such as Google Developer Group and Facebook Developer Circle, hub managers and government officials will be present.
